ok, so I made a practice animatic for more rigging. There's still some kinks, like his chest kind of implodes when he stands up, and his chin ends up too small/narrow for some reason ( I think it's from the skull not matching). and you can tell my tree modeling skills are pretty much pofessional. ;)
